From 3D layout generation to IFC-compatible BIM exports — PERI technology tools eliminate uncertainty between the design office and the construction site.
PERI CAD generates a complete 3D model of your formwork configuration from your structure drawings. The output includes exact component positions, anchor layouts, pour sequence recommendations, and a material list with quantities to ±2% accuracy — before a single panel leaves the depot.
Submit IFC, DWG, or PDF structural drawings to your PERI project engineer. PERI CAD operators import wall and slab geometry directly.
PERI CAD automatically assigns panel sizes to minimise cutting and crane picks. Custom inputs allow the engineer to override automatic selections for programme-critical areas.
Full drawing set, assembly sequence animation, material list with inventory check against your nearest PERI depot stock, and structural verification note.
PERI system components are available as Revit families, Tekla components, and IFC objects. Embed formwork geometry directly in your project coordination model to resolve clashes with MEP services, structure reinforcement, and temporary works access routes before mobilisation.
Parametric PERI panel and frame families with accurate geometric representation for clash detection.
Native Tekla Structures components for reinforced concrete projects requiring formwork tie coordination.
PERI CAD outputs IFC 2x3 and IFC 4 files for integration into any open-BIM coordination platform.
Link PERI formwork models to your construction programme for visualised cycle-by-cycle pour sequencing.
For structures where conventional formwork is economically or geometrically impractical, PERI offers industrial-scale concrete 3D printing through its BOD2 printer system. Layer-by-layer concrete extrusion replaces formwork entirely for walls with complex cross-sections, organic geometries, and low-volume unique components.
Note: 3D printing is a complement to, not a replacement for, conventional formwork in most construction applications. PERI engineers will advise honestly on when 3D printing represents genuine value versus conventional systems — a structural concrete wall over 200 mm thick will almost always be more cost-effective with traditional panel formwork.
Complete system documentation, load tables, assembly instructions, and engineering calculation templates available for every PERI product.
Full product catalogues for every PERI system — wall formwork, slab systems, climbing formwork, and scaffolding. Includes component dimensions, weight, and stock codes.
Structural load tables, safe working load data, and design calculation templates for inclusion in temporary works coordination submissions and structural engineer reviews.
Step-by-step illustrated assembly sequences for all major PERI systems. Produced in 14 languages. Compatible with site induction packages and toolbox talk resources.
